To register on the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide truthful and complete information
• Have a valid email address
• Accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy

The User is responsible for:

• Keeping their login credentials confidential
• Not sharing the account with unauthorized third parties
• Promptly reporting any unauthorized access
• Using a strong password and updating it periodically

We reserve the right to suspend or close an account in case of:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Non-payment (for Premium accounts)
• Prolonged inactivity (over 24 months)

The Platform may be used for:

• Managing your own livestock operations
• Collaborating with authorized professionals
• Generating reports for internal use or for authorities
• Exporting your data in supported formats

• Illegal or fraudulent activities
• Violating the rights of third parties (privacy, intellectual property)
• Entering false or misleading data
• Attempting to access other users' data
• Compromising the security or performance of the system
• Unauthorized scraping or data mining
• Reselling or sublicensing access to the service

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to legal action.

The User retains full ownership of all data and content entered into the Platform.

By entering content, the User warrants that they:

• Are the legitimate owner or rights holder
• Do not violate the rights of third parties
• Do not enter illegal, defamatory, or offensive content

The User grants the Provider a limited license to:

• Store and process data for service delivery
• Create backups for data security
• Generate aggregated and anonymous statistics

The Provider will never use User content for commercial or advertising purposes.

The Platform, source code, design, trademarks, and all materials are the exclusive property of the Provider and are protected by:

• Copyright laws
• Trademark laws
• Industrial property laws

Use of the Platform does not confer any intellectual property rights. It is prohibited to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works
• Decompile or reverse engineer
• Remove copyright notices or trademarks

Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions provided by the User may be freely used by the Provider to improve the Platform, without any obligation of compensation.

Alimentics offers several plans:

• Free Plan: free, with limited features
• Premium Plan: monthly or annual subscription
• Enterprise Plan: pricing upon request

We accept the following methods:

• Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• PayPal
• Bank transfer (for annual Enterprise plans only)

Payments are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant providers. We do not store card details.

Billing occurs:

• Monthly: charged on the first day of each month
• Annually: charged on the subscription date
• Electronic invoice issued within 15 days

Refunds may be requested in the following cases:

• Within 14 days of the first subscription (right of withdrawal)
• In case of serious malfunctions not resolved within 30 days
• Erroneous or duplicate charges

We reserve the right to modify prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes do not apply to current subscriptions until renewal.

We commit to ensuring 99.5% uptime on an annual basis. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

Causes that do not constitute breach of contract:

• Scheduled maintenance (notified in advance)
• Urgent security updates
• Force majeure events
• Infrastructure provider issues

We do not guarantee that:

• The service will meet all specific needs of the User
• The service will always be available, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained will be 100% accurate or reliable
• Any errors will be corrected immediately

To the extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Business interruptions
• Damages resulting from improper use of the service
• Damages caused by third parties

The Provider's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the damaging event.

We perform automatic daily backups of data. However, we recommend that Users regularly export their own data.

The export feature is available from Settings → Privacy → Export Data.

The User may delete their account at any time from the settings. Deletion entails:

Consequences of deletion:

• Immediate loss of access to the Platform
• Deletion of all data within 30 days
• No refund for partial periods already paid
• Retention of fiscal data as required by law

The Provider may terminate the contract with immediate effect in case of:

• Serious violation of the Terms of Service
• Illegal or fraudulent activities
• Non-payment after reminders
• Discontinuation of the service (with 6 months' notice)

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Changes will be communicated via email and/or in-app notice with at least 30 days' notice.

Continued use of the service after the modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by Italian law.

For any dispute, the exclusive jurisdiction shall be the Court of [Insert city].

Before taking legal action, the parties commit to attempting an amicable resolution of the dispute.

The User may not assign the contract or the account without the written consent of the Provider.

The Provider may assign the contract in the context of corporate transactions (mergers, acquisitions).

If any clause of these Terms is declared null or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain in effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior understandings.
